Nigeria is scaling its digital talent ambition. The 3 Million Technical Talent Programme (3MTT) has launched a new partner network to accelerate nationwide training, backed by support from the European Union.
The network brings together training providers, tech institutions, and ecosystem partners to expand access to digital skills across the country. The goal is to fast track the development of technical talent in areas such as software engineering, data, and emerging technologies, aligning with Nigeria’s broader workforce transformation agenda.
This move reflects a coordinated approach to solving Africa’s talent gap, where large scale partnerships are becoming critical to delivering impact at speed and scale.
If executed effectively, the initiative could position Nigeria as a leading hub for digital talent, supplying skilled professionals to both local and global technology markets.
